Terms & Conditions
These terms were last updated 29 May 2026. If you have questions, contact us via the support ticket system inside your account.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your membership of $30 Pay Rise (the "Platform"). By creating an account, ticking the agreement box at registration, or using the Platform you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not register and do not use the Platform.
1. About this platform
$30 Pay Rise is a members-only platform that operates a structured monthly pay cycle. Members pay a recurring membership fee and may earn a monthly amount based on the rules published on the Platform. These Terms describe the relationship between you and the Platform.
2. Not employment
Membership is not employment. Any earnings you receive are not wages, salary, or compensation for services. $30 Pay Rise is not your employer and does not provide any employment benefits, insurance, pension, or statutory entitlements of any kind.
3. Not a multi-level marketing scheme
This platform is not a multi-level marketing scheme. The "refer a friend" feature exists solely to reduce your daily click requirement on the day a referred friend joins and pays. Referrals do not affect your placement in the internal payment system and do not generate per-referral commissions.
4. Membership fees
All membership fees are non-refundable once processed. You are responsible for ensuring you have sufficient balance to cover membership fees on each pay day. Failure to fund your account on time may result in loss of your active cycle as described in the Platform rules.
5. Tax responsibility
You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any taxes applicable to earnings you receive through the Platform under the laws of your country of residence. $30 Pay Rise does not provide tax advice, tax documentation, or withholding services. If you are unsure of your tax position, seek qualified advice.
6. Your account
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately via the support ticket system if you suspect unauthorised access.
7. Withdrawals and payments
Withdrawals are paid in USDC on the Base network only. Minimum withdrawal amounts, cooldown periods, and 2FA / KYC requirements are published on the Platform and may be adjusted from time to time. The Platform reserves the right to temporarily freeze withdrawals if internal advances become unstable. Members will be notified when a freeze is in effect.
8. Wallet responsibility
You are solely responsible for providing a correct USDC on Base wallet address for withdrawals. Misdirected payments resulting from an incorrect address provided by you are not recoverable and will not be refunded.
9. Referrals
The "refer a friend" feature is offered as a courtesy and affects only your daily click requirement. We make no representation that referring friends will produce any financial benefit. You must not use deceptive, misleading, or spammy methods to obtain referrals.
10. Identity verification (KYC / AML)
You must complete identity verification (KYC) before your first withdrawal. We comply with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations. We may request additional information at any time. Failure to complete KYC, or providing false information, will result in withdrawals being blocked and may result in account closure.
11. One account per person
Strictly one account per person is permitted. Operating multiple accounts, sharing accounts, or registering on behalf of another person is prohibited. Breach will result in all related accounts being cancelled and any pending withdrawals being declined.
12. Prohibited conduct
The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance:
- Automated ad viewing, bots, scripts, or click farms.
- Operating more than one account.
- Fraudulent payments, chargebacks, or stolen funds.
- Submitting false KYC information or attempting to verify another person's identity as your own.
- Abusive, threatening, or bad-faith messages to support, or attempts to extort, defame, or defraud the Platform.
13. Platform decisions
All decisions made by $30 Pay Rise regarding membership, earnings, withdrawals, account status, and fraud are final. Internal reviews are available through the support ticket system; we do not enter into external arbitration of routine decisions.
14. Forfeiture
If your account is closed for breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account is forfeited. If your account expires naturally and a balance remains unwithdrawn, that balance is forfeited 12 months after the date of expiry. Forfeited amounts are retained by the Platform.
15. Security and liability
You are responsible for securing your account, including your password, two-factor authentication device, and withdrawal wallet. $30 Pay Rise is not liable for theft of earnings, unauthorised withdrawals, or any loss resulting from your failure to secure your account or device.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to the address on file. Continued use of the Platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
